Reply from Minnesota Harvest: We did get a little hail but are expecting a great crop this year. We will still have lots of different types of apples both for picking and buying along with many other activities. We can't wait to see you this fall!

For my family moving from the East Coast to MN was full of exciting anticipation. Just the thought of more open space made us feel we would be closer with nature. The Minnesota Harvest is a big plus for my family to enjoy all that there is to do and see while there. Like any establishment which is meant to offer an experience outside the normal day-to-day life we lead, it is more rewarding to live so close. The convenience of the Orchard helps us include it to our list of things to do when looking for something that is affordable and fun. My opinion comes from having had the opportunity to have visited as well as lived in several states. And finding things are not much different except the treasures that are unique to experience. Do we need more homes (dime a dozen) or a place not only unique but available to the public? -- The Ramsey's of MN.

Sponsels has been a regular stop for my children since before they could walk. the petting zoo, apples, and so much more. I just started cross country skiing there and find it so serene. They have it all!!! -- Belle Plaine, MN

We have come here since our boys (now 15 and 18 years old) were ages 1 and 3. We love this apple orchard. It's the best one in Minnesota. Leave it alone. It's a great family get-together. -- Coon Rapids, MN

We love this place! Every one is so warm and friendly, from the tractor driver to the people behind the counter. We just found out that Beth, who was assisting us by the petting zoo(talking and being very informational) was just visiting and not even working. She was just being nice! -- Farmington, MN

I have been bringing my daycare children to your place for about 10 years. I live in St. Louis Park and I am sure I could find something closer but you have such a kid friendly place I continue to come back. We were there yesterday and while my kids were waiting on that stage by the parking lot for us to get the baby out and situated, people came over with a horse for them to pet and there were other things that happened too, like water for thirsty children. I compliment your people for paying so much attention to the kids. Thank you. -- LP
